This guide covers where to manage plans, what to expect from payment receipts, and how to get help when something looks wrong. Exact options depend on your region and the payment methods enabled for your account.

Managing your plan in the app

Use the Billing section of your account to see your current plan, renewal dates (for subscriptions), and usage where applicable. From there you can upgrade, or start cancellation flows if your plan supports self-serve cancel.

If you change plans, read the confirmation screen carefully: proration, effective dates, and what happens to export or AI limits can differ between upgrades and downgrades.

Receipts and invoices

Payments processed through Paystack, Stripe, or similar providers send receipts by email from the payment provider. Search your inbox for the provider name and check spam or promotions folders.

Company billing contacts sometimes need a specific invoice format. If the automatic receipt is not enough for your employer, contact us through the contact form and describe what your finance team requires.

Failed charges and renewals

If a renewal fails, update your payment method in Billing before the grace period ends (if any). Some features may be restricted until payment succeeds.

Bank or card declines are often due to limits, expired cards, or fraud filters. Your bank can usually confirm whether a charge was attempted on their side.

When to contact support

Reach out if you were charged twice, if a plan change did not apply, or if you believe you cancelled but were renewed. Include the email on the account, approximate date of the charge, and any receipt ID from the payment provider.

Use the Contact page and pick a topic such as Billing or Pricing so your message is routed correctly. We aim to reply within about one business day in most cases.
