Why download is paid

On free and trial-style access, you can usually work in the editor, run scoring and optimization features, and prepare content for specific roles. That lets you validate the product on your real material before you commit.

PDF export is treated as a deliverable: a polished file you can send to employers. That step uses rendering and hosting resources, which is why it is gated separately from editing.

Depending on your account, you may unlock a single CV, bundle CV plus cover letter (Career Boost-style packages), or subscribe for higher limits and recurring features. Check the Billing or pricing area in the app for what applies in your region.

Promotions and referral programs sometimes reduce or remove cost. If you refer friends who sign up or subscribe, progress is shown in your dashboard where that program is active.

Once unlocked, download your PDF from the flow shown in the editor or success screens. Keep a copy offline; we recommend versioning filenames by employer or date so you do not confuse tailored variants.

If a download fails or looks wrong, try another browser, disable aggressive PDF plugins temporarily, or contact support with your account email and what you saw on screen.
